For instance, the stereo mix of the console could be sent via some sort of SPDIF-to-Ethernet extender (like the ones offered by Appsys). Several solutions exist to get the stereo mix to a remote location and those solutions will be far easier to realize if they do not involve the requirement to work for multichannel audio but only for a simple stereo signal. It can do all mixing duties with minimal latency as opposed to a computer which will introduce a considerable amount of latency to a processed/mixed signal. I'd try to find a solution where the x32 could be used for mixing. The live stream computer is too far away from the X32 to be connected directly to it for mixing its own.
